Senate Standing Committee Inquiry into ADF Mental Health Issues

PURPOSE

To brief you on the RAAC Corporation’s position on a number of issues arising from the Terms of Reference for the Inquiry and to seek your support in having the Corporation’s submission included in a consolidated response from ADSO to the Inquiry Chair.

It is the RAAC Corporation’s considered view that as this is a complex, wide-ranging inquiry affecting the whole of the ADF and not just the RAAC, a response should be prepared and forwarded to the Standing Committee by the umbrella organisation, namely ADSO, incorporating the submissions in this brief.

This brief acknowledges that some of the matters addressed in this submission may have already been actioned by the ADF.
